Product Executive

Survey travel market for opportunity areas and develop related products to cater to consumers’ current and future demands

Manage Special project groups, champion its success and organize activities for customers during the tour

Maintain good and professional working relationship with operators, suppliers and other trade partners

Update tour package details and related prices to Chan Brothers Travel website on a timely basis

Provide strong support to sales personals to ensure smooth delivery of customer services

Provide weekly updates of sales and inventory figures for management reporting purposes

Conduct product and sales kit briefing before road shows and travel fairs

Liaise with Marketing Communications and eCommerce teams for advertisements on various print and online platforms

Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies

Possess analytical skills and ability to conceptualize innovative ideas

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment

Fluent English and conversational Mandarin preferred as the incumbent is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders & customers

Familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial

Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
