Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects
Track project schedules,progress, budgets, and documentation.
Manage project site for necessary tests/inspections, prepare site office documents and submissions.
Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence
Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications.
Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.
Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
Preferably possessed Class 3 license.
Able to work independently.
Able to work as a team.
With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
