As a Human Resource Assistant, you’ll gain practical exposure to recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and the day-to-day processes that support a growing team.

Role Focus

You’ll support key HR and recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, from attracting and engaging potential candidates to coordinating interviews and welcoming new team members. This role offers insight into how teams manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and people development in a growing business environment.

What You’ll Do

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with publishing job opportunities, sourcing candidates, and identifying potential talent across relevant platforms.
• Recruitment Coordination: Review applications, support candidate shortlisting, and coordinate interview schedules with the team.
• Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional candidate experience.
• Onboarding & Engagement: Support new-hire onboarding, training coordination, and internal activities that encourage team engagement.
• HR Administration: Keep recruitment and employee records organized, update relevant documentation, and track hiring progress across ongoing positions.
