Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts from tender through project completion.

• Review contract terms and manage commercial requirements.

• Handle variations, claims, EOTs, and contractual matters.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Monitor project costs, payments, and commercial performance.

• Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
