Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and enforce corporate EHS, fire safety, and operational risk strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with DOSH/JKKP, BOMBA, DOE, and relevant Malaysian safety laws.
• Risk & Audit Management: Oversee site audits, HIRARC implementations, and root-cause incident investigations.
• Emergency Preparedness: Direct Emergency Response Teams (ERT), crisis management, and business continuity plans.
• Reporting: Track company-wide safety KPIs and deliver risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Education & Certs: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety/Engineering; r
• Experience: 3-5+ years in safety/compliance, with a senior leadership role (logistics/warehousing experience preferred).
• Knowledge: Expert understanding of OSHA (1994 & Amendment 2022), Fire Services Act 1988, and EHS regulations.
• Skills: Strong crisis management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capabilities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
