WE’RE HIRING | Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Logistic

Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Working days: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary will be based on experiences

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of approximately 13–14 staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse & inventory operations

• Manage receiving, picking, packing and stock movement

• Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO & expiry control

• Supervise and develop warehouse & delivery teams

• Coordinate deliveries to 21 clinics nationwide

• Maintain warehouse discipline, safety and operational standards

• Improve warehouse processes, space utilisation and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ warehouse/inventory/logistics experience

• Strong hands-on warehouse leadership experience

• Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO & expiry management

• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail or regulated products is an advantage

• Mandarin speaking ability preferred

• Own transportation
