About the role

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment.

• Verify and record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and proper storage.

• Assist the purchasing department in monitoring deliveries and supplier coordination.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

• Support project and site teams in material allocation and tracking.

• Prepare and update inventory reports or records on a daily basis.

About you

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

• Warehouse or material management experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing

• Familiar with warehouse operations, stock control, and documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word or inventory management systems

• Fluent in Mandarin (Read and Write)
