Kaori Pte Ltd
is looking for a responsible and organised
Administrative Executive
to join our team in Ang Mo Kio.
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties
Prepare documents, quotations, invoices and reports
Manage filing, data entry and maintenance of company records
Handle emails, phone calls and general enquiries
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Assist with scheduling, appointments and office coordination
Support HR and general office administration when required
Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Minimum
1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel and Word
Well-organised, meticulous and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Working Location
Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, Singapore
Working Hours
Monday to Friday,
