Summary Benefits:

Basic Salary: $1,600 – $2,000 + Uncapped Commission
Potential Annual Earnings: $60K–$70K for strong and consistent performers
Working Days: 5 days/week, flexible working hours

Training: Structured training and mentorship under a senior/experienced designer

Responsibilities:

Accompany the Sales Lead to meet and understand clients' renovation and design requirements.
Assist in preparing mood boards, material selections, space plans and quotations.
Develop interior design concepts and proposals based on clients' requirements and budget.
Prepare design drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers throughout the project.
Support project management and ensure projects are completed according to agreed requirements.
Attend site visits and monitor project progress when required.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met.
Work closely with senior designers and sales team to develop suitable design solutions.
Participate in training and learn the full interior design and sales process.

Requirements:

Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related disciplines.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
Relevant experience in interior design, renovation, architecture or sales is an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, space planning, design and sketching.
Creative with good visual and design sense.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
