Payment Admin Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Location : KL (Will be WFH for 3 months during probation. After 3 months need to start work from the office.) *At the moment, our client still find the new office location nearby LRT/MRT. For now u will WFH until they finalized the new office location*

Employment Type: Full-Time

SPM leavers / Fresh candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500
• RM500 Night Shift Allowance (If willing to work at night shift)
• RM300 Full Attendance Allowance (after probation)
• Transport Allowance Provided

Working Hours (Optional can choose if prefer Rotational or Day Shift or Night Shift)

Rotational Shift (Every 3 – 6 months)

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Day Shift : 8am - 6pm

Permanent Night Shift: 10PM - 8AM (Night Shift Allowance Provided RM 500)

Job Responsibilities

• Process account and payment transactions within the required turnaround time.
• Verify bank account setup and ensure correct configuration.
• Monitor account limits and balances to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company security standards.
• Prepare daily reports and complete operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• SPM / High school qualification (Candidates without SPM are welcome to apply)
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English
• Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and good working attitude

Added Advantage

• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Typing speed 35 WPM or above
• Previous experience in operations / payment roles

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
