1. Min. Professional or Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

2. Min. 10 years' proven experience in a senior management role.

3. Strong financial, operational, and risk management acumen.

4. Outstanding team management and strong strategic leadership qualities.

5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

6. Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.

7. Ability to drive performance and deliver results.

8. Exposure to land and property development businesses.

9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and business etiquette.

10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

11. Computer literate.
