Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in F&B is an advantage, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Team player with a passion for customer service.
