What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign setup, targeting and optimisation
• Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rate
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation and retargeting
• Comfortable analysing campaign data and using numbers to make decisions
• Able to identify problems and recommend improvements instead of only reporting results
• Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned campaigns
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to test, learn and continuously improve
• Experience in education, events, lead generation or high-ticket products will be an added advantage

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at 21DAYS Learning Lab Sdn Bhd, based in Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, running and optimising paid ads, tracking campaign performance and working closely with our Media and Sales teams to generate leads and support business growth.

This role is suitable for someone with at least 1–2 years of digital marketing experience who has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, is comfortable working with numbers and enjoys testing different ideas to improve campaign results.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for courses, events, launches and other company initiatives
• Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Manage campaign audiences, targeting, retargeting, budgets and ad placements
• Monitor key advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate and frequency
• Track campaign performance from leads and registrations to show-up and conversion results
• Identify underperforming campaigns, ads or creatives and take action to improve results
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and campaign approaches
• Work closely with the Media team to develop and improve creatives based on campaign performance
• Coordinate landing pages, registration flows and other marketing materials required for campaigns
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality, customer feedback and conversion performance
• Monitor advertising budgets and ensure marketing spend is used effectively
• Prepare campaign reports with key findings, insights and recommended next actions
• Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify what worked, what didn't and what can be improved
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects when required
