Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry for inventory, receiving, picking, packing, and shipment activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system.
• Record and verify incoming and outgoing goods, including quantities, item codes, and shipment details.
• Prepare and process delivery orders, goods receiving notes, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records and report findings to the supervisor.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse operators, drivers, suppliers, and logistics teams regarding inventory and shipment information.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of inventory and warehouse documents for easy retrieval.
• Verify data accuracy and promptly correct any discrepancies or errors.
• Support stock-take activities and assist in resolving inventory variances.
• Handle general administrative duties related to warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and inventory control policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse administration, data entry, or logistics-related roles.
• Familiar with inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse/ERP systems.
• Good attention to detail with strong data-entry and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with warehouse and operations teams.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Candidates with experience in logistics hubs, 3PL, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or warehouse operations will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
