Direct and lead the production technicians / operators to carry out action to achieve the production key measurable set by company as below :

• JIT delivery performance.
• Cycle time.
• PPM issue (Electrical 0 PPM, mechanical > 100 PPM.
• Headcount management and arrangement in shop floor.
• Operators & PT’s GMP and discipline issue.
• Output tracking by machine (daily).
• Downtime reporting and machine conversion activities.
• Packing quality ensure no error.
• Repair line equipment / machine with maximum up time.
• To support equipment conversion when production requested.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
