Responsibilities

HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,600/month
Qualification: Minimum SPM
Language: Bahasa Malaysia
Working Hours: Rotational Shift (morning and night shift)
Working Days: 6 Days
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Assist customers and provide suitable solutions
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Record and update customer information in the system
  • Provide good customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian candidates
  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Able to work 6 days per week
