Core Responsibilities

• Make Drinks: Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and cold beverages using exact recipes and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Coffee Knowledge: Understanding of coffee beans, roasts, grinds, and brewing methods.
• Equipment Skills: Ability to safely use espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Customer Service: Strong communication and a friendly, welcoming attitude under pressure.
• Reliability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Help Customers: Greet people warmly, take orders accurately, suggest menu items, and answer questions about ingredients.
• Keep Clean: Wipe down counters, clean espresso machines and grinders, and organize the seating area.
• Restock Supplies: Keep milk, cups, lids, coffee beans, and pastries fully stocked during the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
