No industry background is required — you'll receive full training, mentorship, and certification support along the way. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Program Highlights:
Guided preparation for 4 essential financial advisory certifications
Involvement in client planning discussions alongside managers
On-the-ground training through shadowing and joint client visits
A defined path to management within two years
Sustainable, balanced working hours
Core Duties:
Identify and bring on new clients
Support clients with wealth growth and protection strategies
Build long-term, trust-based client relationships
What You'll Need:
Diploma, A-Levels, or Degree in any discipline
A positive, teachable mindset
