Job Summary

You will supervise dishwashers and cleaners to maintain sanitary conditions, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and train new staff to meet quality requirements in a professional cleaning environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise dishwashers and cleaners on site to maintain productivity and quality standards

Maintain a sanitary and hygienic dishwashing area to comply with health regulations

Report equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime

Ensure workers handle chemicals safely and according to guidelines

Oversee proper storage of cutlery and crockery to prevent contamination

Support cleaners during medical or approved leave to maintain workflow continuity

Train new dishwashers to meet quality and safety standards

Monitor new dishwashers’ performance and stability before allowing independent work

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per statutory guidelines

Adapt to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of operating high-temperature dishwashing machines
