Job Scope:
Support batch-making operations according to production schedules, SOPs, and Batch Production Records.
Perform daily calibration of weighing equipment and maintain accurate records.
Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize equipment according to GMP and safety requirements.
Receive and verify raw materials against batch records, including material codes, expiry dates, and quantities.
Handle raw materials safely in accordance with GHS and site safety requirements.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
Collect and prepare finished product samples for testing, including pH and rheology measurements.
Maintain batch-making records, housekeeping standards, and proper waste disposal.
Comply with PPE, GMP, and all workplace safety requirements.
