Job Opportunity: Admin Assistant
Location: Ubi
Salary: $1,800 to $2,000 per month
Schedule: 5.5-day work week
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and reliable? Join our team as a Admin Assistant, where your accuracy and efficiency will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems
Check and verify information to ensure accuracy
Handle sensitive data with confidentiality
Support data-related tasks and administrative needs
Complete data entry projects on time and with precision
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role, if possible
Strong eye for detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data tools
Well-organized with good time management skills
Independent, dependable, and able to meet deadlines

Centered in our 24/7 Operations Centre, our Contact Centre cater to all activations of our Fast Response Team (FROs) officers to assist the drivers in lodging the report (required by the insurance companies) at the accident scene. We partner public transportation companies and vehicle fleet owners in providing mobile accident reporting as a claims management solutions.
