My Bright Education Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team in the Tampines East Region. In this full-time role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and following up as necessary

• Assisting with product and service queries, offering guidance and support

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless and positive customer experience

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing feedback to enhance customer service

• Fostering a customer-centric work environment where every team member strives for excellence

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the education sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address diverse customer needs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service with a positive, can-do attitude
