Company Description

Our team is dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable logistics services to clients around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Operations Team Member. The Operations Team Member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to logistics operations, including communication with clients, sales support, operations management, and project management. Performance is tracked against daily KPIs to ensure consistent service quality and accountability. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Malaysia Time, GMT+8), Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Sales support experience
• Experience in operations management
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the air freight industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
