Job Description
Assist Architects in the preparation and development of architectural designs, drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in accordance with project requirements.
Assist in preparing drawings and documents for
statutory and authority submissions
, ensuring that submission requirements are met.
Coordinate architectural drawings and information with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Attend project and consultant coordination meetings where required and assist in recording and following up on project matters.
Assist with project administration and other architectural duties as assigned by the Project Architect or management.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required project timeline.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Architecture, Architectural Studies, or a related discipline
.
Candidates with relevant experience in an architectural consultancy or construction environment will be advantageous.
Familiarity with architectural design principles, construction documentation, and statutory submission processes.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
; knowledge of
Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other architectural software
will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
