Responsibilities
- Perform treatment / services for guests using safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
- Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment / services, which include acting as receptionist.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
- Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work related questions from guests.
- Serve as catalyst to cross sell and promote related services to guests.
- To perform other duties assigned by the superior.
