Thriving Weeds is a Singapore sustainability and technology company that loves turning ideas into action. From working with businesses on real sustainability challenges to experimenting with data, technology and A.I., no two projects are quite the same. You could find yourself working with a logistics operation, a shopping mall, a food business or a school—and seeing first-hand how your work creates an impact.
We are a small and lean team, which means you won't be hidden behind layers of hierarchy. Your ideas matter, and your work gets seen. We work hard, learn quickly, celebrate the wins and don't take ourselves too seriously. We ask questions, bounce ideas off one another and speak up when we think there is a better way. Our mindset is simple: be better than yesterday—and help each other get there.
You don't need to be a sustainability expert to join us. We welcome people from different backgrounds who bring curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn. Whether your strength is connecting with people, making things happen, analysing problems or coming up with new ideas, there is room to contribute, try new things and grow
.
You'll get hands-on responsibility, direct client exposure and plenty of opportunities to stretch yourself.
We're building something for the long term, and we want people who are excited to build it with us. If you enjoy meeting people, solving real-world problems, trying something new and occasionally figuring things out as you go, you'll probably enjoy working here. Come as you are, bring your ideas, and let's see what we can build together.
