• Enter data accurately into company databases, ERP systems, Excel files and other relevant systems.
• Update existing records and maintain accurate information.
• Verify data against source documents before and after entry.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• maintain proper filing of physical and electronics documents.
• prepare data records, reports, summaries and spreedsheets as required.
• Receive and check documents from relevant departments.
• Ensure documents identification and traceability.
• Assists in preparing monthly, weekly and daily reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the SV or manager.

Skills & Academic;-

• Good typing speed accuracy.
• Good attention to details.
• Basic excel skills including data sorting, filtering and simple formulas.
• Good organizational and filing skills.
• Able to work independently and also as team
• Able to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
