Job Description

The Supply Chain Planner will support end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of material flow, logistics, deployment and project delivery activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors and operational stakeholders to ensure materials, schedules and processes are aligned with project requirements. LLinkedIn

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material planning, logistics scheduling and delivery activities.
• Work with internal teams, contractors, vendors and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, returns and exception-management activities.
• Track material consumption, wastage and storage balances.
• Support equipment control and asset-tagging activities.
• Prepare planning schedules, reports and tracking records.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential supply-chain issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support continuous improvement of supply-chain processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, project support or supply-chain operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of spreadsheets, planning tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
