Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage e-commerce system and workflows
• Handle daily operations of the website and online marketplaces
• Manage product listings, pricing, stock, and promotions
• Process online orders and coordinate fulfillment with stores and inventory
• Handle prescription-based orders accurately
• Respond to online customer enquiries and manage order issues
• Execute approved online promotions and campaigns
• Prepare basid sales and operational reports
