We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive to drive student enrolment growth for our institution.

This role offers an attractive base salary package with performance-based commission and sales incentives, rewarding individuals who excel in student engagement, lead conversion, and enrolment achievement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students and parents, following up on enquiries and leads, conducting presentations, and building strong relationships with education agents and industry partners to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on prospective student enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Contact and nurture leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and online enquiries.
• Advise prospective students and parents on programme offerings, admission requirements, fees, and career pathways.
• Conduct professional presentations and programme briefings to prospective students, parents, education agents, and corporate partners.
• Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, recruitment events, school visits, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and recruitment activities in the CRM system.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related disciplines.
• Experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, telemarketing, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
• Entry level candidates with a strong interest in sales and education are welcome to apply.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and influence prospective students, parents, and agents.
