Responsibilities  

•  Supervise andcoordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
• Plan and deploymanpower according to operational requirements.
• Assign dutiesand monitor staff attendance, performance, and work discipline.
• Ensure propercleaning and sanitizing of dishware, utensils, glassware, and kitchenequipment.
• Ensurestewarding and dishwashing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor theoperation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and equipment.
• Monitor stocklevels and usage of cleaning supplies, detergents, and consumables.
• Ensure properhandling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Train and guidestewards on hygiene, safety, cleaning procedures, and Company SOPs.
• Work closelywith Outlet Managers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and report manpower, equipment, hygiene, and operational issues to the Head of Department.
• Perform hands-onstewarding duties when necessary to support operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Relevant experience in stewarding, F&B,hospitality, or similar operations.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and workplacesafety.
• Good manpower planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and managemultiple outlets/tasks.
• Hands-on, responsible, and proactive with a strongsense of cleanliness and safety.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
