Our client is one of SEA's leading equipment manufacturers with a strong regional presence. They are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance team and support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a finance team of 6.
• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with production and management to support business operations.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Support ERP (Epicor) implementation, system migration and issue resolution.
• Provide hands-on support whenever required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of finance experience with managerial exposure.
3. Manufacturing industry experience is a must. Prior external audit experience is preferred.
4. Experience with ERP systems; exposure to implementation or migration projects is an advantage.
5. Confident, independent and decisive.
6. Hands-on leader with good problem-solving skills.
7. Curious and proactive learning new systems.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
