About the Role

Diamond Key International (DKI) is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Engineer to join our Sales and Proposal Division. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic Oil & Gas and industrial accounts across Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region, working with established industry players and regional operators.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts across Malaysia & APAC
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and sales pipelines
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions
• Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to develop customer solutions
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of automation, SCADA, digitalization, terminal, and industrial solutions
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or engineering
• Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial automation, terminal automation, or related industries is preferred
• Proven experience in solution selling and customer engagement
• Familiarity with SCADA, terminal automation, skid systems, metering, instrumentation, or digitalization is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams
