Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational requests and process-related matters for the Business Development team.
• Partner with Finance, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and IT to facilitate seamless workflows.
• Ensure updates on regulatory and policy-related matters are communicated and implemented across departments.
• Assist in reviewing, enhancing, and implementing policies, SOPs, and control procedures.
• Support resolution of operational issues and track outstanding action items.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support workflow enhancements.
• Organize meetings, manage project timelines, and follow up on improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure proper documentation of updates.
• Monitor implementation progress and maintain accurate project records.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes, and management summaries.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, compliance, or project coordination.
• Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
