Job Description

Manage daily operations of the service office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
Coordinate with office tenants and vendors to address their needs and maintain positive working relationships
Order and maintain adequate office supplies to support uninterrupted office activities
Process basic invoicing accurately and timely to support financial record keeping
Communicate effectively in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders

Job Requirements

Prefer candidate with customer-service experience
Pleasant-looking and good working attitude
Must be able to converse in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
