We are looking for a Training Centre Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our WSQ security training courses.

The role involves handling trainee enquiries and enrolments, advising trainees on course requirements and funding, managing training administration, and ensuring compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and advise trainees on WSQ security courses, eligibility, funding and course requirements.
• Manage course enrolments and trainee records through TPGateway.
• Coordinate course schedules, trainers, attendance and training materials.
• Ensure training records and documentation comply with SSG requirements.
• Assist with SSG submissions, audits and compliance matters.
• Prepare invoices, collect course fees and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle trainee feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate training and administrative records.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with administrative systems and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in the security industry or a valid PLRD Security Officer licence is preferred.
• Experience with WSQ, SSG or TPGateway is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior training-centre experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is professional, patient, responsible and comfortable dealing with people from different backgrounds .

You should be able to understand trainees' needs, explain requirements clearly and handle enquiries or difficult situations with professionalism.

Prior security industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
