Marcom (Marketing & Communications)
- Manage the Club’s official social media platforms (Facebook and other digital channels) by creating and publishing engaging content.
- Plan and execute marketing materials, including posters, banners, campaigns, and promotional content for Club events, facilities, and services.
- Produce communication materials such as monthly e-Bulletin, brochures, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage digital content, including updates for the Club mobile application, ensuring timely and continuous engagement with members.
- Ensure consistent branding and compliance with RPDYC corporate identity guidelines.
- Manage internal communication channels, including notice boards, announcements, and Club publicity materials.
- Coordinate photography and videography coverage for Club events and sports activities, including editing and content preparation.
- Collect and compile event write-ups, photographs, and activity reports from various Club programmes.
- Prepare monthly e-Bulletin, including content planning, design layout, and coordination with departments.
- Support the Sports & Membership Department by assisting during events, programmes, and daily operations when required.
- Provide operational coverage for Sports & Membership during staff leave to ensure continuity of Club operations.
- Assist in major Club events, including the 100th Anniversary celebration and related promotional activities.
- Manage communication and updates for the upcoming Club mobile application.
- Liaise with media, vendors, and sponsors for publicity and promotional purposes.
- Assist in government and corporate liaison activities when required (agencies, councils, media).
- Monitor engagement performance of communication platforms and prepare basic monthly reports.
- Stay updated with digital tools, design trends, and communication technologies.
- Perform ad-hoc marketing, communication, and content-related tasks as assigned.
Administration
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin Department, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Involved in Membership job tasks and provide support to membership staff in maintaining records, communication, and member engagement.
- Assist in maintaining records, databases, and members’ communication feedback.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for Marcom, Vendor, F&B, and related meetings.
- Assist in budget tracking and basic administrative monitoring when required.
- Support preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation for the Management and General Manager.
- Assist in day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation and branding.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A high-energy and outgoing professional with exceptional communication skills, confident in managing front-desk administration while proactively driving marketing campaigns.
- Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a team player attitude.
