Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Process monthly payroll (attendance, claims, OT, allowances, deductions, leave)
- Manage EPF/KWSP, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS/SIP, PCB/MTD contributions and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and other labour laws
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle (job ads, screening, interviews)
- Handle internship placements (hiring, letters, records, testimonials)
- Coordinate onboarding (document collection, policy briefing, system registration)
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee master list and personal files
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.)
- Monitor probation periods and contract renewals
Attendance & Leave Management
- Track attendance/punctuality via ICS Payroll System
- Maintain leave records (annual, medical, unpaid, emergency, etc.)
- Generate attendance/leave reports by the 10th of each month
Foreign Worker Administration
- Manage permits, visas, quotas, and renewals
- Liaise with Immigration Department and related agencies
- Track expiry dates for passports/permits
Government Liaison
- Interface with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, JTK, Immigration, and other authorities
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle disciplinary matters, counselling, and documentation
- Manage resignation/exit process (clearance, final pay, asset return)
Reporting & Admin
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary, recruitment status)
- Maintain company asset records (laptops, access cards, uniforms, etc.)
- Update HR policies and employee handbook
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources
- Sound knowledge is labour law, immigration law, able to coomunicate with government officials for the HR industry
- Good recruitment/ fulfilment background
- Full statutory and regulatory compliance
- Complete, confidential employee documentation
- No lapses in foreign worker permit renewals
