Role Overview

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Mall Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day operations of a well-established shopping mall.

This is a hands-on operational role involving regular interaction with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the mall's operational standards, cleanliness, safety, and overall environment are well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain responsive communication and good working relationships with mall tenants.
• Handle tenant complaints, operational issues, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of the mall's interior and exterior areas and follow up on identified deficiencies.
• Implement and ensure compliance with shopping mall operating procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and tenants to resolve operational matters.
• Monitor the use of common areas and shopfront corridors in accordance with mall requirements.
• Manage tenant delivery schedules and loading bay arrangements.
• Follow up on recurring tenant violations and escalate issues to senior management when required.
• Support sustainable operational practices, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
• Ensure operational activities comply with the company's quality, safety, health, environmental, and PDPA requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Experience in mall operations, retail, F&B, hospitality, or other customer-facing operational environments will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with tenants and external stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
• Able to manage multiple operational matters and work effectively with different stakeholders.
