职位描述

岗位职责

  • Good understanding of Singapore Standard Code of Practice
  • Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
  • Provide direction in construction planning, co-ordinate works with main contractors, sub-contractors, ensure overall construction progress based on work schedule
  • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
  • Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
  • Managing, scheduling and tracking of sub-contractors' progress
  • Prepare monthly project progress report
  • Run projects independently
  • Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance to the master program with no delay in work and proper work sequencing
  • Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management
  • Related experience in the field of building facade, aluminium and glazing and related works
  • Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark
  • Certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS), CSCPM and Manage work at height added advantage
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Construction Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
