Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

System Analyst (SAP-HR)

to support SAP HR application analysis, development, implementation and maintenance. The role will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse user requirements and translate them into application specifications.

Analyse, design, develop, test, implement and maintain SAP HR applications.

Support

SAP HANA, SAP HR Programming, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services

.

Support

SAP SuccessFactors

modules including Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Story Reports, Learning and Mobile.

Support

SAP BTP

, including SAP Integration Suite, CAP Model and CAM Services.

Perform troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance and application support.

Collaborate with users and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in systems analysis, application design, development, implementation and QA.

Strong hands-on experience in

SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors

.

Experience with

SAP HANA, SAPUI5 and SAP OData Services

.

Experience with

SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite

.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to independently gather requirements and translate them into technical/application specifications.
