岗位职责

Responsibilities

  • Daily kitchen preparation.
  • Responsible for food preparation and maintaining the kitchen, kitchen equipment and utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Meet food quality expectations and required food preparation standards.
  • Prepare and cook food according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Company.
  • Ensure consistency in the taste, quality, quantity, temperature and presentation of food served.
  • Work efficiently in food preparation and cope well with a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ensure minimum wastage during food preparation.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of food ingredients and raw materials.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas and kitchen equipment to ensure clean and safe food handling practices.
  • Stay informed of ongoing new product launches and promotions.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements

  • Willing to work any shift as required.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and Sundays.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B or a related field.
