Job Summary
Support the sales and operations teams by managing order processing, customer interactions, document handling, and coordination of production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices accurately to support the sales team’s order fulfillment
Prepare and submit detailed fabrication drawings to the factory to initiate production
Create and verify purchase orders to maintain accurate documentation for orders
Manage walk-in and call-in customer inquiries by providing clear guidance or escalating complex issues to the sales team
Assist business clients in selecting and purchasing stone slabs to meet their needs
Maintain organized records of invoices, purchase orders, and customer transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Perform housekeeping duties on documentation to uphold quality standards
Categorize and route incoming sales leads to appropriate team members for timely follow-up
Arrange schedules for clients and sales team job orders to optimize workflow
Coordinate logistics between departments to ensure orders progress smoothly from production to delivery
Communicate with factory and operations teams to align production timelines with customer requirements
Identify inefficiencies in administrative tasks and support workflow improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Maintain internal tracking systems for job orders and sales inquiries to monitor progress and status
Provide administrative assistance for various operational tasks as needed to support team functions
