Bukit Timah - (Sixth Avenue MRT)

Boat Quay - (Raffles Place MRT)

Siglap, Upper East Coast Rd - (Bedok MRT / Bus Svc: 10, 12, 13, 14, 16)

Responsibilities :


Prepare and serve food to standard
Follow instructions for food preparation
Coordinate with cooks for efficient service
Control costs by minimizing waste and adhering to portion sizes
Maintain and clean equipment and inform supervisors of issues
Attend training and staff meetings, providing improvement suggestions
Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
Assist in stock handling and storage
Maintain a clean kitchen and foster a positive work environment

Requirements :

1) Relevant skills & F&B experience required accordingly.

2) Food Hygiene Certification.
3) Able to work split shifts on weekends and public holidays.
4) Occasional off days on weekends.
