About the role

Servay Evergreen Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our growing team in Sabah. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our retail operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service

2. Implementing operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency and productivity

3. Coordinating with various departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure timely delivery of products and materials

4. Monitoring and analyzing store performance data to identify areas for improvement

5. Supervising and training store-level staff to maintain high standards of customer service

6. Collaborating with the management team to identify and address operational challenges

7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail operations or management role

2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting

5. Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

7. Familiarity with retail technology and systems
