About the role

Be the friendly face of Jadore Bakehouse. You'll welcome customers, guide them through our bread and pastry selection, and help keep the shop running smoothly every day.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and orders

• Handle cashiering (POS system) and daily sales reconciliation

• Arrange and restock bread/pastry displays, ensuring freshness and presentation

• Keep the retail area, display counters, and service points clean and organized

• Manage simple customer inquiries and feedback, escalating where needed

• Support basic packing, labelling, and stock takes

• Assist with opening/closing shop procedures
