RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (RTO) – SINGAPORE
Location: Singapore
Position: Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
Qualifications
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with residential building and maintenance works
• Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing works
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams
• Check work progress and ensure works meet required standards
• Assist with documentation, reports, and site records
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements
Requirements
• Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Relevant site experience is an advantage
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and willing to work on-site
