Provide pre-sales and/or post sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing and maintaining products, equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems that arise during start up and those related to motor control centers, variable speed drives (AC & DC), switch gear, AC/DC motors and transformers.

  Inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem to recommend repair, replacement or any of other corrective action.

  Assist engineering department, shipyard employees and ship’s crew.

Conducts training sessions as required.

  Prepare and timely submit complete and accurate fieldservice and other technical reports.

Perform in-house support work.

Other task assigned by managers.
