Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day stall operations in the wet market
• Lead and guide sales staff and butchers on duties and performance
• Ensure fresh meat is properly displayed, handled, and stored according to hygiene standards
• Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and handle special cutting requests
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and minimize waste
• Set and track daily sales targets and performance
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and basic record-keeping
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate opening and closing of the stall
