Primary Responsibility: Coordination and implementation of workplace safety and health requirements on the HDB project site.

Job Scope:

* Coordinate and implement workplace safety and health requirements on-site.

* Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.

* Monitor compliance with safety procedures, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.

* Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and site safety orientations.

* Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

* Follow up on safety observations, corrective actions and rectification works.

* Assist in incident, accident and near-miss investigations.

* Maintain safety records, inspection reports and other WSH documentation.

* Liaise with the Project Manager, site supervisors, subcontractors and relevant parties on safety matters.

* Ensure compliance with MOM, HDB and other relevant workplace safety and health requirements.

Requirements:

•  Possess a valid WSH Coordinator (WSHC) certification.

•  Relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore.

•  HDB project experience is preferred.

•  This position will be based/located at the construction site.
